I am healthier today than I have been in years, yet not as healthy as I want to be. I was inspired to see my health differently by reading a book recommended to me called “Anastasia”. Just by Anastasia sharing her knowledge of our world, living in the Tundra of Russia without a home, she is neither sick, or cold or hot. And I began to think about all she shared. Then it occurred to me to reach out to her subconscious and connect with her. It was amazing. I felt her presence, got goosebumps and chills. I asked her to teach me how to become healthy. I didn’t waste anytime, I started the program several days ago. My intentions are to give my body the space it needs to heal and restore my organs, delete all and every illness and restore it to good working order.
About 3 weeks ago, I realized how much I fell off the path when my blood sugar rose to 450 after I ate. I felt the effects, tingling feet and hands. It scared me, and even though I felt sick over knowing how bad it was, I was glad I checked. I’ve noticed that it’s easy to overlook our actual state just by not looking at the facts (ie blood sugar test). I had a client tell me the same thing. Do you find this true for you?
When the tingling started, I decided that I didn’t want to go down that road where diabetics loose a limb due to lack of blood circulation. 2 weeks ago, I took all carbs out of my diet and dropped my protein at first by 1/4, then by 1/2 and now my protein intake is minimal or none. As of today though, it will be only juice, herbs and psyllium pudding. I will take it one day at a time, but my intentions is to go 2 weeks to 60 days.
Not sure how I will handle cooking for my husband. I’ve been doing ok so far, but without tasting what I cook, it’s difficult to gage it’s flavor and without taste buds, I am not sure how my meal will turn out.
